President’s Message

It is my great pleasure to be the President of Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialists (HKIUS) of 07/09 session.

Nowadays, Utility Management draws a significant role in the society and it is only with well-organized utility planning and skills that accidents and costs impose to the industry and the society will be diminished. Over the past 5 years, HKIUS have been striving to provide out-standing utility management for its member with the aim to enhance professional standard for the entire utility industry through organizing conferences, seminars and competitions and developed close relationships with Utility Training Institute, Hong Kong Utility Research Centre, Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Hong Kong Association of Risk Management and Safety etc.

In the 07/09 session, I will work closely with the committee to provide and organize meaningful and professional activities!
